By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Area & Scope

We provide epoxy floor coating services within the greater Austin metro area and surrounding suburbs. We primarily serve residential customers but may accept commercial projects at our discretion. Service availability depends on scheduling, crew capacity, and material availability.

2. Estimates, Pricing & Changes

​

All website prices are estimates and assume typical surface conditions. Final pricing is provided through a written quote or invoice and may differ due to:

• Concrete condition (cracks, repairs, leveling, contamination, moisture)

• Actual square footage

• Chosen base color, flake blend, finish, and add-ons

• Access, travel distance, or special requirements

If unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., excessive moisture, structural cracks, prior coatings), additional costs may apply. Any change in scope must be approved before we proceed.

3. Booking, Deposits & Confirmation

​

Submitting a booking request on our website does not guarantee an appointment.

A project is confirmed only after:

1. We review your request, and

2. You accept our quote/invoice and pay any required deposit (if applicable).

Deposits help secure materials and scheduling.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

You may cancel or reschedule, subject to availability.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in:

• Loss of deposit, and/or

• A cancellation/reschedule fee (if stated on your quote)

We may also reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or delays outside our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

​

5.1 Clear the Work Area

​

• Remove all vehicles, tools, storage items, and personal belongings before our arrival.

• Cover any sensitive items that could collect dust or overspray.

 

5.2 Provide Access & Utilities

​

• Provide access to the property, including driveway and parking for our team.

• Provide electricity and water if needed.

 

5.3 Safety & Site Conditions

​

• Keep children, pets, and non-essential persons away during grinding, coating, and curing.

• Inform us of any known moisture issues, prior coatings, sealers, or structural problems.

 

5.4 Post-Installation Care

​

Follow our instructions regarding walk time, drive time, and cleaning.
Failure to follow instructions may:

• Delay curing

• Cause damage

• Affect warranty coverage

 

6. Contractor Responsibilities

​

We will complete all preparation and installation in a professional and workmanlike manner according to manufacturer guidelines.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing concrete defects

• Hidden contaminants (oil, grease, sealers) not reasonably detectable

• Minor dust settling

• Minor marks along walls caused by grinding

• Damage caused by items not removed or covered by the customer

If our team causes direct damage, we will repair it reasonably.

7. Substrate Conditions & Limitations

​

Epoxy coatings rely heavily on the condition of the underlying concrete. We are not responsible for failures caused by:

• Structural movement or settling

• Cracks that form or expand after installation

• Moisture or vapor transmission (hydrostatic pressure)

• Contaminants hidden beneath the surface

If moisture mitigation or repairs are recommended and you decline them, related failures are not covered.

8. Warranty Reference

​

All installations are covered by a limited warranty for workmanship and adhesion.

If a conflict exists between this page and the Warranty Terms, the Warranty Terms apply.

9. Payments

​

Payment terms (deposit, final balance) will be stated on your invoice.
Unless otherwise stated, final payment is due upon completion of the work.

Late or non-payment may:

• Void warranty coverage

• Result in fees or collection activity

Accepted payment methods include those listed on your invoice (cash, card, bank transfer).

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

​

All content on this website—including text, designs, graphics, and photos—is owned by Epoxy Garage Solutions or used with permission.
You may not copy or distribute content without written consent.
You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of use of your garage

• Damage to items stored on the floor (vehicles, tools, appliances)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Texas consumer protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to our services will be resolved in the appropriate county within the greater Austin area, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms occasionally.
When updated, the “Last updated” date will change.
Continued use of our website or services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
