At Epoxy Garage Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”), we strive to provide high-quality epoxy flooring services for every customer. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling work when booking our services.

By scheduling a service with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Deposits (Non-Refundable)

1.1 A deposit may be required to secure your project date.
1.2 All deposits are non-refundable because we reserve materials, purchase supplies, and block our schedule specifically for your project.
1.3 If you need to reschedule and provide proper notice (see Section 2), your deposit will be transferred to your new approved date.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1 Cancellation Notice

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time:
    ✔ Deposit may be transferred to a new date.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
    ✘ Deposit is forfeited.
    ✔ You may reschedule, but a new deposit may be required.

 

2.2 Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed one time without penalty if proper notice is given.

  • Same-day rescheduling counts as a cancellation and may require a new deposit.

 

2.3 Cancellations by Us

If we must reschedule due to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Material shortages

  • Crew availability

  • Conditions outside our control

We will offer the next available date, and your deposit will be moved with no penalty.

3. Refunds After Work Begins

3.1 Labor & Materials Already Used

Once we begin preparation, grinding, repairs, or installation:

  • No refunds are issued for labor already completed

  • No refunds for materials used or ordered for your specific color/flake blend

 

3.2 Customer-Caused Delays

Refunds are not provided if delays occur due to:

  • Inaccurate information provided

  • Inaccessible work area

  • Wet floors, moisture issues, or other site conditions

  • Additional repairs discovered that require extra cost

 

4. Completed Work

 

After the installation is completed:

4.1 No Refunds for Completed Services

Epoxy flooring is a custom, labor-intensive service.
Once the project is finished:

  • Refunds are not offered for completed work.

  • Any concerns must be reviewed under our Warranty Terms (available on the Warranty page).

 

4.2 Warranty Coverage

If an issue is covered under warranty:

  • We will repair or recoat the affected area according to the warranty terms

  • Refunds are not provided as part of warranty service

 

5. Additional Charges (If Applicable)

Extra charges may apply for:

  • Excessive moisture

  • Structural cracks

  • Coatings previously on the floor

  • Repairs needed before installation

  • Extra grinding or leveling

  • Customer-requested changes to color, flakes, or finish after materials are purchased

These charges are non-refundable once work begins.

6. Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about your project:

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue professionally

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection procedures for unpaid balances
